Local Pickup - FREE
Bravo's Brawlshop is located in Heathmont, Victoria, and we offer free local pickup for customers in the Ringwood/Heathmont area.
How it works:
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
- We'll contact you within 1-2 business days to arrange a convenient pickup time
- Collect your order from our Heathmont location at the scheduled time
Please have your order confirmation ready when collecting your items.
Australian Shipping (All shipments include tracking)
Standard Delivery - $9.99 (2-8 business days) | Express Delivery - $14.99 (1-4 business days)
Heavy items (1.5kg+) including pitches and mats: Standard $19.99 | Express $29.99
International Shipping (All shipments include tracking)
Express delivery is not available for international orders. International deliveries may be subject to customs processing, which can affect delivery timeframes.

USA & Canada

Heavy items include all pitches and mats, as well as other products weighing 1.5kg or more.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with Australia Post
If your package is lost or damaged:
- Please contact us immediately with photos (if damaged) and your order details
- We'll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue promptly
